APFE is already operating in South America, where the French Government gives a 13,000 Euros loan to Entrepreneurs in order to help them to start up a business. Eutrepreneurs pay off this loan only if their business is successful.
This programme was officially launched in Shanghai by Mme IDRAC (Minister of State to the Minister for the Economy, Industry and Employment, with responsibility for Foreign Trade) a few weeks ago.
